Cha Young Min is a virtuoso specialist, with dominating abilities at medical procedure, yet he is presumptuous and childish. At some point, he engages in a mishap and because of this, his soul has another specialist's body, Seong Tak. These two specialists are direct inverses, with inverse characters and clinical capacities. While Young Min is pompous and inhumane, who just thinks often about his vocation, and couldn't care less with regards to any of his patient's very own accounts, Seong Tak is the most fortunate and most extravagant inhabitant specialist whose granddad is the originator of Myung-shin medical clinic and mother is the director of the emergency clinic. Never needing to be a decent specialist, he becomes moved by an apparition specialist.
